Thakur Ahuja

An engineering graduate from Pune Engineering College, Thakur Ahuja entered the field of marketing and gained tremendous amount of knowledge in the 15 years that followed. Climbing up the corporate hierarchy, he had a successful tenure.

Thakur Ahuja has an added experience of finance and administration. This makes him a multi-skilled professional with a good understanding of two of the most important fields to benefit any corporate entity- finance and marketing.

Rajesh Ahuja

Restless and a go-getter that he is, Rajesh T. Ahuja started his entrepreneurial career Immediately upon finishing his B. Tech in Engineering, from Pune University.

Silverline Wire Products, in 1993, was his maiden effort as a manufacturer of plastic coated wire products for household applications. Rajesh realized that the Indian kitchen was not developed enough to give a memorable experience for the householder. He became the first manufacturer to specialize in accessories, for modular kitchens.

In 1998, he started building a national modular kitchen brand SLEEK, with aggressive marketing campaigns to promote wire products in urban Indian kitchens– thereby gaining ‘first mover’ advantage and garnering a strong market share.

Rajesh’s success is a combination of detailed technical know-how, combined with an evangelistic zeal to spread knowledge among all employees, through intensive training programs.

Roshan Joseph

Roshan L. Joseph, is a widely respected professional in the sales and marketing field and a consultant of repute.

He has been the Executive Director, on the Board of Eveready Industries India Ltd., with the accountability for marketing and sales. He has since been the MD, of a Swiss MNC, in the Kitchen Solutions business.

In 2007, he started a marketing and sales development company of his own with collaboration with Carew International, of Cincinnati USA. He has worked with diverse clients across the Middle East and India.

Snehal Vasani

An alumnus of Sir J J College of Architecture (1970), Snehal Vasani can rightly be called the ‘Father of Modular Kitchens’ in India.

He moved to Bahrain to work with a construction company from 1978 to1987. He stepped into the world of construction, furniture technology, modular kitchens and wardrobes.

In 1988, with first-hand experience and on-job wisdom and a business-oriented mind, Snehal Vasani gave birth to Kitchen Grace - a leading manufacturer of high-quality wooden components and various functionally superior parts for modular kitchens.

R. Balachandran

R “Bala” Balachandran is a CEO and business builder with 35 years of experience in executive management, sales and marketing, customer experience management, customer service, programme management, operations and entrepreneurship across India, Sri Lanka, Nigeria and Tanzania.

An MBA from IIM Bangalore, a Rotary GSE Scholar to the US and Canada, and trained at the Telia Academy in Kalmar, Sweden and JWT New York, he has had SBU/profit center responsibility for over 29 years – and has been a CEO, Chairman and CXO for 23 years.

He has intensive experience in leading large telecommunications companies -- and multi-product groups with businesses in EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) and projects, international trade, automobiles, heavy equipment, food processing/ products, and several other services and products.

Through his career, he has worked on and helped build over 80 global, Indian and Asian/African brands in 50 product categories.

Monesh Ahuja

It was in 1998, after graduating from Mumbai University with a B. Com, that Monesh Ahuja joined the family business - SLEEK.

Monesh is the veritable consolidator; he quickly took charge of the manufacturing through ancillaries. He had a natural talent for finance and administration. He controlled the purchases, including imports of appliances and components.

In 2010, Monesh was handed charge of the flagship business of modular kitchens SLEEK as CEO. With this assignment, Monesh took charge of Marketing and Sales, he led the business to unprecedented profits and growth.
